As we continue to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, Havering Council wants to hear from residents, businesses and visitors about how we can improve and revitalise five of our town centres.

We have extended this engagement to give even more of you the opportunity to input. Have your say by 27 September on how we can make Collier Row town centre a healthier, greener, safer and more attractive place to visit.

We want to enhance the look and feel of Collier Row town centre, and encourage shoppers back to local businesses following the pandemic. We are looking for suggestions for how we can:

  • Make people feel safer and more comfortable within Collier Row town centre.
  • Improve Collier Row town centre to make it a more attractive, pleasant, vibrant, memorable place to visit and to spend time in.
  • Provide more green spaces to relax and socialise in.
  • Make it easier for people travelling to arrive into the town centre.
  • Provide a clean and healthy environment within Collier Row town centre.
