At the beginning of every project we outline our methodology and submit bids with a list of fees for the designs and consultation.
Key dates, timescales and deadlines are set for each stage of the consultation.

Our in-house team of technicians and engineers use the latest state of the art technology to create and develop plans for the public to view.
Pre-engagement Preparation

Once designs have been finalised, we action our engagement strategy.
This includes but is not limited to the following: tailor-made websites for each consultation, leaflet/poster creation and distribution, social media schedule, stakeholder mapping, drop-in session venue booking and arrangement etc.

Consultation is open for submission. During this time we may also hold drop-in sessions, publicize consultations via leaflet drops/posters, or engage with residents/businesses face-to-face.
Under Review
this is an upcoming stage for Consult with Project Centre
Once consultations are closed for submissions, we undertake a review and analysis of the feedback received. Using EngagementHQ's evidence-based tools of analysis we thoroughly dissect every comment and figure, so we can provide each client with a comprehensive insight into their target audiences.
Final report
this is an upcoming stage for Consult with Project Centre
The data is then summarized, evaluated and visualised in digestible reports. Clients can then draw up a menu of actions to deliver their plans with real impact. The report includes a summary of all contributions collected as well as recommendations for future action.
If client wish to undertake second consultation with refined plans that reflect the feedback of the first consultation, the consultation process begins again.
